Got bored one day, decided to try and calculate the heights of some characters in USUM with my friends. If my calculations are correct, using Ghetsis and Archie's canon heights of 6'6" and 5'9", we have come to the discovery that Cyrus is only 5'4". If the protagonist had put the lake spirits on a high shelf the entire plot of DPPT could have been prevented

Yes, Cyrus and Maxie are super short. Maxie sprite in RSE is particularly small while Archie is posed with legs spread to fit
Me (and actually a bunch of people) are convinced Giovanni was redesigned in USUM to be taller. His new looks don't match previous art. All fanartist I know pretty much keep drawing him shorter than Archie because they seem to not accept the change (his model is scaled around Lysandre's height in USUM).
Anyways, because models were added separately not all of them are good to calculate heights, particularly almost everyone outside RR. Example is Green who in concept art is shorter than Red but in the game his model is scaled almost Guzma's size and is jarring when you notice how big his head and hands are compared to everyone else.
