The Pokemon that attack you in Sun and Moon genuinely annoyed me. If I use a repel, it's because I don't want to see any pokemon. And often times I'm trying to avoid a trainer battle because I don't want to get overleveled. In Black 2, I caught random mons to do trainer battles to avoid getting my party overleveled but that's just a chore
