Daily reminder that the only requirements for having an unbeatable team in any pokemon game is type variation, high speed, and high special attack. Nothing else is necessary. You defensefags waste your time.

that particular chansey set can take the strongest unboosted aura sphere 3 times and one of the strongest focus blasts in the game 2 times and hit back with whatever it wants. It could easily beat a special mega-lucaria by wish+protect stall and seismic toss dealing 1/3 of it's HP every time.

Not him but it strongly favors Chansey. If both players are retarded then Chansey will do Wish+Protect over and over until Focus Blast is out of PP, then start using Wish+Seismic Toss.
If neither player is retarded, Lucario has to correctly guess whether Chansey will use Protect or Seismic Toss. If he guesses wrong, he either wastes precious PP or eats a Seismic Toss.

High speed and special attack is what often helps me carry in battle though. Only the likes of Blissey, Snorlax and other pokemon with good defenses can be relied upon for defense, the others are quite risky (I'm not an autistic expert on battling though, so correct me if I'm wrong).

A good team is well-balanced.
If it's too defensive, you risk getting wrecked by set-up sweepers.
If it's too aggressive, you risk getting walled out by Blissey, Pex, etc.
