>>37579469>Gen 1Original 151. The Pokemon designs got me hooked, Charmander, Charizard, Squirtle, Sandshrew, Mewtwo, Pidgeotto. I should mention that I watched the anime before playing the game, I actually started playing the games from Gold.
>Gen IIIt is where I really fell in love with the Pokes. Playing through Gold and then Crystal was pretty much the best time of my early life.
>Gen 3The designs and Hoenn region.
>Gen 4The physical/special split. Should've happened way earlier. Also HGSS was a great game, although not as memorable as the originals.
>Gen 5Infinite TMs. Some Poke designs and the Unova routes were great.
>Gen 6Skipped - I hate Megas though. I don't know what I like about them, not even any of the Poke designs come to mind.
