>>37587422you seem to be forgetting that stockpile, while boosting both defenses, can only be used three times, making it much more inferior to any other defensive boosting move. furthermore, while immunity to regular ground is nice, you seem to be ignorant of the fact zygarde is the second most popular ground type in OU, and with its access to thousand arrows, makes weezing's ability useless- levitate also means weezing cannot absorb toxic spikes set up by the opponent, limiting its use as a poison type to your team.
Here's a couple of cals to put thousand arrows into perspective
252+ Atk Zygarde Thousand Arrows vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Weezing: 170-204 (50.8 - 61%) -- 91.4% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
252+ Atk burned Zygarde Thousand Arrows vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Weezing: 85-102 (25.4 - 30.5%) -- 1.7% chance to 4HKO after Black Sludge recovery
and that's with black sludge; even with no speed investment, zygarde will always outspeed weezing, meaning if you're switch in even if you get a burn from will-o-wisp, then you're still going to die.
It's even worse if you switch in on a dragon dance

basically ensuring a 2HKO regardless of whether or not you get a burn off. And even in the situation where you burn it as it switches in, sludge bomb will only do about 15% max, allowing it to set up on weezing, whom will be unnable to use pain split without losing health.
Weezing is a great wall, but no way near the best poison type wall- Toxapex simply does all the things it does better due to its typing, stats and movepool
