How the actual fuck did this guy get so popular here? He's just a medicore YouTuber who only gets a couple thousand views per video. Even the source of the KANTOOOOO image only has 7k views.

It'll never go away until they stop nostalgia pandering, which is a definite "never" because LGPE literally proves it works to such a degree that it'll make up for poor sales (compared to other Pokemon titles) in Japan.

Literally no one except retards thought a Pokemon game WASN'T going to sell well.
Pokemon's the literal definition of selling based on brand recognition and brand loyalty alone.
What people DIDN'T expect was that America would eat it up so much that the sales actually did about as good as a typical remake, even though by Pokemon standards LGPE sold stupid poorly in Japan.

I was never aware of who he was, I just thought his image was being used to openly mock nostalgia driven clickbait youtubers. His nam never come up in threads. To those calling him the "King of /vp/", why are you insistent on this idea? I get that you're just memeing, but where did this idea even come from? Also I'm not trying to disrespect Jammer, I'm just stating the facts, he's just a mediocre, average Nintendo YouTuber out of thousands, and his videos only get a handful of views in comparison to others, and I'm just genuinely surprised he was even noticed in the first place.

And to everyone else, thank you for helping me understand that it isn't about who he is, but rather him being a symbol of genwunners as a whole. Again, I'm surprised it was him and not someone like say, GameboyLuke, who makes similar ridiculous facial expressions and also has a larger audience, though I do see him in some images.
