I really like Seal and Dewgong, I've just never used them in a game. Their stats are awful. SOULful designs though, better than most of Gen 1.

I agree. It’s a very cute design, but it’s not a creative design. It’s a horned seal with no other unique or thought-out features. I think nostalgia is what clouds people’s view of some of these Pokémon.
