Their online is also very secure against CFW, so while hacking will still exist via people with two Switches (one hacked, one legit) locally trading between them, it'll be more niche than on the DS and 3DS where it was rampant thanks to flashcarts and widely accessible software exploits, respectively.
Of course this won't matter when Pokebank adds gen 8 support, at least for past-gen mons.
So hacking will be around for a while, it won't go away, it just won't be as accessible as before.
