>>37611406Whiscash is alright. Not great statistically but the typing is still awesome. The real issue is it's either slightly too late, or it's in Sinnoh where it's pretty early but there's not only two other Water/Ground mons, but probably the most tough competition for Ground types in any regional dex. Plus there's a million Water types in every region except Unova, which Whiscash doesn't appear in.
