The current rule of thumb is:
"Pokegirls in provacative styles that are clothed to undergarments or less AND are under the age of 18 is a no go; Pokegirls in provacative styles that are clothed in undergarments AND over the age 18 is tolerated (slightly), but anything less than undergarments is unaccepted.
Obvious: Exposed genitals/nipples are immediate red flags.
However; there is the argument of Tasteful Nudity vs Provacative Nudity; which is why I asked the question if it was tasteless or not.
