In neutral i would try throwing safe landing bairs and dash attack (either make sure you hit or cross up sheild). Dont even bother with jab or grab unless you know its gunna hit cuz his body is so fucking small. I forget if flame choke connects, but if it does, try and read with that. Dont down b in nuetral (unless you know its gunna hit) because the punish hes gunna get if you miss is huge. Save your smash attacks for ledge trapping and good reads. And know that his recovery has no hit box and two straight angles so learn your off stage game (nair or uair usually. dair if youre feelin yourself) and hit him out of it.
