What type of Pokemon do you think would be used for SWAT teams or the military? Other than the obvious ones like Voltorb.

Medium size, fast Electric-types like Raichu and Jolteon would be fantastic for running down anyone trying to flee. They are both big enough to do damage physically and they could drop anyone with their electricity if needed. Even just the threat of them using their electric moves would most likely deter people from fighting back.

If there was ever a need for electricity, because of a power outage or a downed generator or whatever, both could provide it. Raichu especially, with easy and safe access to it with its cheek pouches.

You can toss in some strong, defensive types like Rydon and whatnot too.
