Serperior. Contrary Leaf storm is good in competitive, and everyone who uses deep has it, but in game, the events that distribute Serperior with contrary are kinda rare. If you're like most in game players and you just have a regular serp, it really sucks.

Larvesta and Zweilous (for volcarona and hydreigon) annoy the hell out of me, they evolve super late and also into pokemon that function vastly differently

Darkrai has never been allowed in VGC so it doesn't matter.
It could be the worst Pokemon in the game and it wouldn't matter
Honestly it shouldn't even exist since you can't use it in VGC
