2 HP EVs is only half an HP, though. The real magic is that Shedinja in PMD can have more than 1 HP.

Yes but the EVs a Pokemon gives when its defeated depend on its highest base stat,Shedinjas highest base stat is attack and HP its lowest one>

That's not true. EVs are set manually.

What actually is special about Shedinja is that its HP is calculated completely independently of its base stats.
