Because it is not. 3DS had weaker hardware, GameFreak never learned how to use it to it's fullest potential. Switch is different, it is not limited anymore.

Well i can see why you arent pessimistic if that is the case, sure, if your standards allowed you to enjoy those then im sure you will like gen8. Beware of the future though, LGPE has proven GF isnt afraid of completely dismantling the games if they feel they wont lose sales
