USUM Photo Club Blank Thumbnails

I recently transferred to a new 3DS, and when I try and view the photo club album it shows all the thumbnails as blank despite loading them properly on the top screen.

Anyone else have this issue or any advice for it?

Well yeah it can be a photo club thread, I like Photo Club. Wish someone knew the answer for the question though, I can't find anything like this by searching.

I think I had this happen to me before, I can't remember exactly what caused it because of how long it has been since I last used Photo Club, but I think it was always photos that I exported from my n3ds that did that

Yeah, just imported from a normal 3DS XL to a new 3DS XL. So it's just a problem with how the new one and the normal one save the photos?

no, this was from copying from n3ds to PC via network, but now I remember that I did change the name of some of the images in the microsd card, but I'm too lazy to check my 3ds to see if I actually did. changing the filename might have messed with the metadata in a way that photoclub cannot load the thumbnails

Ah, ok. Well I didn't change any of the image names, although I'm not sure if they're put under the same label as new 3DS images.

the pictures that I haven't renamed (the previous post and this one) were taken when I played the game on my n3ds if that helps any
