Bug is weak enough already. If they make poison SE against bug then let bug be SE against ground (many bugs burrow underground) and fighting (good luck punching a swarm of bees) and remove it's rock weakness. Completely fair as ground and fighting are already great since they're SE against steel, giving bug these buffs will give a lot of them niches as revenge killers.

As well as just being kinda poor logic because most Bug type pokemon aren't literally a swarm of bees, this would be a reason for Bug to resist Fighting (which it already does), not to be super effective against it.

It really annoys when people spout shitty rationalizations about type interactations where they ignore the attack-defense situation and just grasp at any illustrating point no matter how weak it is.

Furthermore making Poison SE against Bug is weakening Bug's defense acumen so why would giving Bug more SE hits help them defensively? When one major problem with Bug is how prevalent non-Bug users of U-Turn are? Granted it could do with not being resisted by so much and Gamefreak adding Fairy to that list in Gen 6 was a low blow. The problem is this was again very likely to do with attempting to curb the use of U-Turn and that alone, but in the process it's hurt the viability of Bug typed pokemon too because it has made their STAB less effective than it already was.

Bugs are important element in nature balance.

Humans kill bugs in homes or offices not in forests or the wilds.

When you use poison on a bug, it dies, so it's job is effective but you aren't using poison on all the bugs.

Yeah this was probably the intention but is completely ass backwards. Aside from a few Bug types like Scizor nothing uses U-turn for damage; often you will find Pokémon with bad attacking stats like Pelipper, Hydreigon, Mega Pidgeot, running it purely for momentum. Whether or not U-turn happens to be supereffective, not very effective or neutral barely matters. A Clefable can't do squat against a Landorus-T spamming U-turn because he's just going to switch out to a Steel type teammate like Magearna and the situation isn't made any better by the type resistance against it. What they should have done if they wanted to fix U-turn was making a type fully immune to Bug, preferably Bug itself, but in return shave off some unnecessary resists like Ghost.
