Right now, what we know is someone got hold of ebay shopper Luckyshop26. There is a link to Nintendo Age forums and we asked him, who just logged in for first time in 1 year and a half or so. However, a user said that getting hold of a beta copy made by Nintendo is VERY HARD because they're hush about it - usually Sega is notorious for giving beta copies.

Helix said that the person didn't ask for money, and gave the typical scam warning.

Someone actually managed to get a Pokemon prototype. According to him, it's similar to DP kiosk demo or ORAS demo, where at a point there's a NPC stopping you. Walking through wall shows game is intact. There are several oddities that shows the build is pre-release demo. However, in the end, he said that we shouldn't expect Steven78 to have any leads. Not only that, but he dumped the ROM and will be public. yay

Someone reached to /vr/ and in meanwhile, someone managed to reproduce beta cries using Mew glitch. The replies was to ask something about MAME.

A certain person suggested that we look into ex-GF employees or peoples who worked very early with GF, but it's likely they won't reveal details since they don't know.
