Well it's actually between Absol and Crawdaunt. Honestly I don't really like most of Gen 3's Dark types. Atleast, not as much as later Gens. The best IMO goes to Gen 5

Best gen 6 Water type. I got X over Y so I could use Clawitzer. Love this bastard.

Crawdaunt is really cool too. Prefer Cacturne and Absol over it, but like it more than the rest of Gen 3's Dark types. Dark is such a cool type, loads of great designs.
