The Japanese have't run an event leading up to or around the announcement of a new game. They didn't do it for X/Y. They didn't do it for Sun/Moon. They literally NEVER do any of significance for Pokemon day. TCP does not celebrate Pokemon Day like TCPi does. Sun/Moon was announced leading up to Pokemon Day. Leaked the 25th, announced the 26th. Why in THE FUCK would they schedule 5 days and 5 hours of separate Q&As with Nintendo Treehouse if they have no intention of announcing a big new game, or multiple titles? Treehouse has nothing to do with the movies, nothing to do with the TCG. What in the actual fuck do you think they would talk about? For 5 HOURS over 5 DAYS? Treehouse has nothing to talk about other than games, and they have ZERO games to talk about if they don't announce something. They already said Gen 8 is coming this year, if they don't announce that, what else would they announce?
