Wally could have been a lot better if he showed up more and this wasn't even fixed that much in ORAS.
Having your dad be a gym leader was fucking great and gave that gym a lot of impact.
Kind of disappointing that you couldn't go back to another region after Gen2 got our hopes up.
Legendaries and the lore surrounding them was really good.
Evil team was lackluster.
Glacia is one of the most forgettable E4 members in the whole series.
Steven was a cool character and his team was very fitting of his personality but his team didn't have diverse typing making him a pretty easy Champion fight. Metagross can fuck you though.
Really solid gen.
