I'll start with something simple doubling the BP of Triple kick so that it now does 20 on the first hit, 40 on the second, and 60 on the third.

I am aware of this but Triple kick also has 90% accuracy which means the chance of landing all three hits is similar to that of Focus Blast. Additionally only two Pokemon learn it, of them Pheromosa would still prefer HJK and the other one is Hitmontop

Yes it does, but that also means you can't have Intimidate on Hitmontop to maximize your damage output.
