The route before Sunyshore has alot of trainers who give out good exp. The E4 in DPPt is tough compared to other regions.

it's pretty hard to win when garchomp can outspeed and KO everything due to numbers, but tell us how you beat the whole e4 without grinding, it might help the OP

It's designed so toddlers have to grind to pad out the game right before the end. It's not my fault the game is badly balanced. It's fine until the league anyway and even GF seemed to realize this since they lowered the levels compared to Pearl and Diamond.

It's designed so children have to grind. If you're good, you have to grind a bit less. I fail to see how that's difficult in any way, it just takes time.
