The lemur/rabbit/platypus set is still the best, even better than mist official Starter designs. I know they lost their shit with the evolutions, but if they'd kept this quality I wish they were real.

Grass - The mole thing on the right is goddamn adorable.
Fire - I like the thing in the mud/tar, 4th one down.
Water - I like the bottom three, with the bear being my favorite of them.
Overall - That grass mole is just too perfect for me. I just hope it wouldn't evolve into something fugly.

You aren't terrible but you need to do some tutorials on shading that doesn't make such heavy use of smudge tools and your linework on the thin details needs work. Try doing the thin details with a bigger brush and then slimming the lines down with an eraser to get a smoother feel for those smaller details like the flames and markings. Also work in layers so you don't have to stop midway through a line like you did with the sheep's head wool around the flames.They're really nice but they need some heavy cleaning.

Also try to be consistent with shapes and sizes. On the fire one, its eyebrows' size and coloring vary on each picture and also the number of wool tufts is very irregular, even Pokémon with long hair, fur or wool tend to have the same hair shape in all drawings.
