I'm not as hype as I would like to be because I'm worried they will keep the horrible cut scenes from SuMo. Also, I'm worried that the first game on switch will be more experimental and less of a complete, polished game. Especially if they rewrite the formula by making a large open-world map.

I honestly wish they would've never released anything in 2018 so they could put those resources into Gen 8. But I guess they had to release something for the big 20th anniversary.
