One thing I like about DQXI is that battles take place in the same spot you encounter the enemy. Always thought that was cool. Game Freak needs to copy DQ’s template.

Pokemon already started as a DQ/SMT ripoff. It's time they finally do something to stand on their own or surpass the beforementioned. That won't happen though since Nostalgia prints money.

I loved that too. Though in dungeon areas it kinda pushes you to spots where it''s more open.

But that game is easily my favorite JRPG of all time.
