I don't get people who just pick the same type every gen, I mean I like most of the fire starters but it feels to me these kinds of people just pick the fire starter (or grass/water) just because it's the fire starter, not because it's legitimately their favourite of the designs. I find it hard to believe that there are so many people who think Emboar is the best of the gen 5 starters, but also think Delphox is the best of the gen 6 starters when their designs are so very different from each other. Shouldn't the people who liked Emboar be more likely to favour Greninja or especially Chesnaught?
My point is, just pick whatever starter you legitimately think has the best design, not whichever type you've just chosen to unthinkingly dedicate yourself to.
