Box legends are allowed in VGC this year and people are STILL running 250 BST Smeargle.
If it had good stats it would be in ubers for sure.

Yeah but only in a supporter role. With its movepool it can only use a tiny fraction of that because of its Magikarp lvl stats. Giving it semi usable bulk and attack like in the base 70 range wouldn't be game killing.

Smeagle is already in high tier usage along with inciniroar,xerneus,amoongas etc and other good mons. He's literally one of the best pokemon to put on your team you dumbass.

Not every Pokemon is meant to fill every-role Anon. You should be happy your Pokemon was literally in the top two teams being used by literal world champions right alongside box legendaries and the Chad Cat and he was chosen to be in the 6 team limit let alone the four battle limit and actually got used every time in the finale. Smeagle and three other Pokemon were chosen against 806 other Pokemon That's like saying yeah I'm in the best Olympic swimmer and get picked every single time and win every event in swimming but I didn't win the weight lifting and sprinting events. You don't see a sweeping Amoonguss and it really shouldn't be sweeping.

Especially when there's others complete shitmons who don't even get picked in PU because their so shit they don't get used in the tier specially for trash mons.

The sub ZU Shitmons don't have access to almost every move in the game. Smeargle can only use a tiny portion of its gigantic movepool effectively which is a huge waste.

It's literally one of the best Pokemon in the game right now despite having worse stats than many first-stage shitmons.
If you gave it good stats it would be EVEN BETTER in a support role, while also being strong in other roles. In other words, it would be fucking broken and on every team.
