Normal/Ice, Normal/Poison, Normal/Rock, and Normal/Steel should all be very easy types to assign generic animal Pokemon to. Normal/Ghost can exist as some sort of spirit that is not like or behaves like other spirits. Normal/Bug can simply be any animal with insect-like properties.
