Sorry for sketchy quality, isn't meant to be a final version.

Their name is Charcolt, they're a fire-type starter based on a baby horse, I'm thinking they'll evolve into a fire/dark unicorn.

As said before, it's a bit too detailed and distracting. Your forms are good and I like the colours, though it could maybe use a brighter accent so it's not all too 'brown.'

Honestly, I feel like this could go somewhere. But instead of a unicorn, go for a fire/flying pegasus line if it's a fire starter. And depending on results, anons might want to fug it or draw it.

I decided to update the concept of Charcolt with some feedback. I added a less detailed, darker coat with large patches of soot, and smaller flames on its head and as its tail. I did this with the idea in mind that Charcolt is a very temperamental pokemon and as it gets angrier, the flames on its head and hindquarters intensify, spreading soot and smoke onto itself.

as for the critique, the eyes could do with a little less detail (looks like one of those so called "Animes") and maybe a shorter neck
overall he's very cute and i would absolutely run my hand through his mane and give him a loving nickname

I like the idea behind it, but not the execution. The colors work well together, but the face seems too crowded ultimately, there is a lot going on.
