Water is the best for every single one except the fourth (wherein Fire > Grass > Water), if still by varying margins (for instance, Fire is a close second in the seventh, while all three are awful in the sixth but Water is the least of three evils). I would be happy with two, three, four or seven; favorite individual starter is the coral one from two, favorite complete set is seven. Not that it matters since they're all fake.
