Scorbunny is most likely Fire/Fighting simply because football/soccer is a very close combat-esque sport requiring intense footwork. You also have Passimian, another Pokemon derived from a contact sport, being Fighting-type.
Sobble is not Poison as it is based on a chameleon, which aren't venomous. It is either gong to stay pure Water or it becomes Water/Dragon due to how many lizard Pokemon being part-Dragon at some point.
