Something about Scorbunny just looks like a mascot. He looks like he is going to start selling me lower utility bills or batteries.

It will be hard to tell till we see the final evolution. I predict though that the shillmon will have a cute evolution because of Primarina's popularity

I really wouldn't say an appearance in Smash, which happened because Sakurai thought he could make something cool out of it, counts as being a shillmon. It's a nice guest appearance for a decently popular mon.
