I think the ice town is actually in london at the top. That ice city on the map doesnt have a circular area with a fountain

The map actually looks surprisingly large.
>Green: Routes
>Red: Tram lines and stations
>Orange: Cities
>Blue: Overworld Dead Ends with no visible exits

I really wish it would be like that. But SM showed me, no matter how cool the map looks like, don´t get your hopes up for exploring. Something like BW won´t happen again, even kalos had more caves than fucking alola.

It's their first real maingame on switch, so maybe we can expect some effort from GameFreak? Also the port city will definitely bring us somewhere. I'm thinking that could be the little island near the city, the valley near the final city or maybe some postgame stuff?

I'd agree with you, but we've been burned by GF's lack of competence over and over and over. I'm not going to shit here and bash the game like I've already played it, but I'm also not getting my hopes up. I do agree that the map probably isn't as bad as people are thinking it is.

Remove the road going through the mountains in the western part of the map and it looks pretty legit. I'm sure we'll get something close to that.
