Big focus on football despite missing out both Manchester and Liverpool yet still including the city equivalent of a broken condom full of used needles, Blackpool
Basically just expect a comfy region with lots of cool lore and cultures that totally ignores the actual cities that are responsible
For example Liverpool- lots of docks and was basically the north hub for trading boats as well as some of the nicest museums I’ve seen, lots of industrial works
Manchester-the hub of music for some of the biggest bands in the world such as the stone roses, the Bee Gees and believe it or not, the Ting Tings, not to mention a fuck load of industrial works hence the city’s image of the worker bee and just to add on since there’s going to be a big football theme, two of the biggest football teams in the world United and City
And those are just the two that are close to me, there’s plenty of places that will be missing, most upsetting is the white cliffs of Dover which seem to be missing and have a lot of ghostly lore etc.
Also missing seems to be a huge chunk of Scotland so don’t expect any of their cool myths (which is where most of the UKs myths and fairy’s come from)
Basically expect a comfy region full of stuff that isn’t relevant to the region at all
