That + the Chameleon hands/feet + the Camouflage + the curled up tail only proves this 100%. Do you want to see it snatching Cutieflies with its tongue or something?

Protean is a great ability, so being able to use it primarily as a defensive option with the added bonus of harder hits would be awesome. I'm expecting it to be slow as hell, but with a wide moveset and lots of coverage.
