I still don't know how the Sun got away with it though, considering how popular both Chicken and Lillie were. Even Hau and Gladion had pretty good followings. I liked how much content there was for each character, boys and girls.

Honestly yeah whatever Chase and Trace did end up getting was pretty great in quality. But as you said they're mostly bogged down from being in LGPE, and well, being boys at that. Elaine managed a decent following. Sword deserves more though.
