Really pissed they removed that feature because honestly, it had so much potential. Imagine flocks of different pokemon scattered throughout the routes, all with their own behaviours and personalities, all catchable. Imagine being able to track down and lure different pokemon, or certain pokemon having migration patterns based on in-game seasons that you have to account for.
