Guess someone needs to explain this again. Whenever a game is slated to be out in a certain year, it will more often than not say December 31st as a placeholder until we get an actual release date.

this is common practice for them, it will be released earlier but they don't know what date so they put the last day of 2019 to be safe, since they only know it releases this year.
