I'm leaning more towards fake because it has the alola trainer as the size comparison. Also because it has the watermarks from the Instagram account of someone who used to draw fakemon. I actually don't think it has that many similarities between scorbunny. I mean, they are both bunnies, and they both have fur on their cheeks and have white in their colour scheme. If it had been one of the other starters, I'd be more inclined to believe it, because guessing a rabbit wasn't that hard. Virtually everyone makes fire starters based on what's left of the Chinese zodiac, and well, there isn't a lot left. Scorbunny seemed based on football, this doesn't seem to correlate.
On the other hand, there is something about it that still feels credible to me, not gonna lie. The design feels like Game Freak, the concept is "out there" enough that I can't see most fakemon Designers going that route. And I mean, with alola starters, litten went from being a cat to a wrestler, and Popplio from a clown to a siren/entertainer, so stranger leaps have happened.
