>>37758229Yes it did, the background he shows isnt a game environment unless the game were open world if the pokemon were as far apart as he wanted them to be here, to accomidate the quantity of pokemon you need to have each route would have to be massive, to the point that it would be more or less an open world structure (not to mention that there would be a lot of absolutely pointless walking in between).
Assuming we wanted to enclose this scene off into some sort of route, and include some implied area behind the camera, you'd have around a dozen pokemon you could potentially catch when you enter the route before having to leave and reroll over and over.
