the reason they suck is because of how fucking brain-dead easy they are. i just got done playing XD and my pokemon were a good five levels above everyone else's. also Colosseum is very bad at hinting at what you're supposed to do, i dont know how many times i had to look up what to do next.

did you read my post even? the level scaling in the games is shit, you wipe the floor with every trainer, making them boring as hell to play through. the only challenge i got in Colosseum was from the awful level curve in Realgam Colosseum.

i never said any of them were difficult? but they're still not as easy as people on this board make them out to be. they're definitely more of a challenge than Colo/XD. Battle Revolution has the exact same problem, which was also made by Genius Sonority.

i don't really find any of them to be difficult except b2/w2 on challenge mode (which isn't even too hard, you catch up with the levels at near the last quarter anyway) but they all have tough bits. like d/p/pt has some pretty difficult trainers (ex. ace duos) and even g/s/c with its asinine level curve at gym 8.
