1. The details (mainly the face) are very much analogous to Scorbunny. It has wing-tail like whiskers (2 of them on each side like Scorbunny), its’ nose is triangular, and it has something sitting on top of its’ nose(a bandage for Scorbunny and a visor for this Pokemon). Also the ear is divided into 3 parts - just like Scorbunny; Scorbunny’s ears are divided into 3 parts colored white, yellow, orange. This Pokemon has tubes on its’ body. Scorbunny also has a tube, around its’ neck.
2. Color schemes don’t matter much. All an evolution line should share, are some details, so evolution makes sense. Look at Torchic and Blaziken. They share some details but are very different; Torchic doesn't have arms and yet, the line makes sense.
3. Chicken chan was there probably because the actual characters for S&S were not chosen at the time, (this game been in development for quite a while now) and her presence is not that important, she’s there just for size reference.
4. This is drawn with a computer, but the “original” artists’ computer works have different shading. The watermarks are weak evidence in proving this image fake. All it proves is that he was the first one to share it with the world. Nothing more.
I believe this is a real “leak”, from Game Freak, and they clearly designed it with Scorbunny in mind. (This being fake is highly unlikely because the artist must have known the existence of Scorbunny; which hasn’t been revealed till now, and it being similar due to coincidence is just impossible.) I don’t know if this will be the actual one in the game though, because they do make a lot of concept Pokemon. But I wish this would be the one we get, cause it’s designed so well.
