Ok let's settle this. Overworld Encounters would be better than the current random encounters IF Game Freak implemented them in a way that wasn't just random Pokémon spawning out of the grass. A behavior based system where you would have to chase some Pokemon, Pokemon like Abra where you would have to sneak upon them, and some Pokémon who run straight at you would be way better than what the core series has now. Thoughts? Arguments for/against?
