I just find obscene how a pokemon with such charisma and good design is thrown to the trash can by its awful stats distribution.
Even worse than SAMUROTT, his speed is just... insulting, and that 100 spatk stat, just WHY. He doesen't even learn special type moves while samurott does.
Also his typing, is defensively garbage and he doesen't have any kind of bulk, just a decent special defense with bad ps and defense.
Meanwhile primarina is the starter with the highest sp.atk without mega evolving and incinerorar has the highest pickrate in VGC story, with more than a 90%.
If he got his spatk swapped for its speed... only that would have made him DECENT, but nope, they just clicked randomize when they were designing this mon stats.
Gamefreak is completely retarded when it comes to designing smart stats.
