Is corocoro still important?
Do they even reveal new stuff in that anymore now that everything comes out at the same time everywhere?

They were the first to show Komala and Rockruff in 2016, it's a new gen so of course it's still possible they reveal something this year.

Not really but they still have exclusive stuff though (Komala and Rockruff). During SM, Pokemon would reveal info before corocoro came out then corocoro would just report on it, most likely what's going to happen here too.

Yes because it gives Ganefreak a time frame to release their information. They've been spot on recently in the past years about getting info out before Corocoro even leaks
