Their stuff is a lot more detailed and varied in line thickness and whatnot, but it is certainly digital.
Those concept pages are from an artbook. They were printed out and later scanned to make these jpgs, that's why they look rougher.
But they certainly still hand draw them, just with a digital artpad rather than on actual paper now.
