Mixing them altogether would be fun desu. It needs everything it can get since it functionally has no ability and no item. Having Thunderbolt and flamethrower isn't that impressive, a 90BP physical move stab move isn't that unique
worse than basic stab options, depending on the type No matter what Silvally does, it's always underwhelming. You boost with SD? Your 95 speed is a joke with no ability and 95/95/95 bulk is worth a lot less when you only have 1 type and no recovery or ability. It can't tank that well because of the above, it can't lay hazards because it doesn't have the movesets. It fails at being any one particular thing, and it isn't a jack of all trades since it has a fairly average/slightly below average movepool.
