As much as people like to shit on Voltorb Flip, it was honestly an improvement since it was at least more based on logic/skill. Although, the winnings from that game could've been higher.

If they they turned Game Corners into arcades instead of gambling facilities, I'd be happy. They could make some fun Pokémon themed mini games for you to play that aren't entirely bullshit.

In fact, that's what they did in Gen 4, while Ohmori and Masuda just got rid of it entirely, even taunting us in ORAS. They could've added non-gambling minigames, but no, they just don't wanna put in the effort anymore, while making a stupid pointless Mantine surfing minigame that can be completely skipped.

Hell one thing I would love for them to do for the Game Corner is make it so all the games were Pokemon Pinball games. I've really wanted a new Pokemon Pinball, so turning the Game Corner into that would be the best of both worlds. The soccer moms shut up, we get the Game Corner back, and we get a new Pokemon Pinball in the process.
