What are you guys thinking is the Pokémon League? Both the uppermost city and the huge gray building are pretty valid candidates.

I think the top city is a kind of “champions’ city” including the Pokemon league. Reason being that in the trailer the MC is walking around it and there seems to be a bunch of normal looking buildings. So it’s not a typical league, but I’m pretty sure that’s where it is - it’s right at the top of the map, preceded by a long route including a mountain and a cave (victory road)

I don't think they'd wait until the very end of the game to access what appears to be the main city. My guess is it's the fourth or fifth gym. Maybe you take the train there or something then work your way back down.

The large bridge doesn't seem to connect to the track on the left. It looks completely different from the train tracks and is likely for mine carts instead.The giant bride tracks probably just go directly to the city. Also believe the train stops in the black city instead of going directly to the north station. There is another brick cave entrance which all the train caves seem to use right behind the black cities tower.
